Personnel developers face the complex task of assisting and co-creating change processes within the corporation. Their role today encompasses the design and facilitation of management training as well as giving impulses to and being a feedback partner for the executive management. A basic prerequisite for that is a trustful relationship between the personnel development unit and the executive management, as well as a close cooperation with the personnel management of the company.
